Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev sat down with CNBC’s Andrew Ross Sorkin to discuss his decision to create a company that gives retail investors access to markets. “I really came to value how powerful the American financial system is and has been as a wealth creation tool,” Tenev told Sorkin. “And that really motivated our mission, which is to give everyone access to the financial system and make it available to as many people as possible.”
